Well done application, without distractions. Pretty easy to use, well balanced features. Compass can tricky to use.

That was supposed to be what a nice butt, the app is very good. But the best part of it is giving your device to a fine female friend and have her hold it up to the skies. She will clench her butt cheeks to keep balanced and the rest is up you as far as exploring heavenly bodies
Ive been an amateur astronomer since 1979 and have tried a number of computer programs for astronomy. Sky Safari is by far the best available for the iPhone and is even better on the iPad. Touch an object to select it, then touch the Info button for a wealth of information: name, type of object, rising and setting times, apparent magnitude, and much more. And the sky simulation is spot on. A great value for a very small price.
Easy to use and very informative.
I am just a casual fan of astronomy. This app has been fantastic at helping me get around the universe I can see from my backyard. Highly recommend for anyone who is motivated to learn about the stars!
As a night sky photographer this is a tool I cant do without!! Love it!!
I use an Astro-Physics mount and the combination of Sky Safari Pro and the mount are the best thing out there. Sly Safari offers the tablet, Mac or iPhone user the best astronomical app on the market.
The Very Best !!!
This is by far the best astronomy app for Apple products. I have used it since the first edition and have seen it grow exponentially in size and function. It is very easy to use, just point at the sky.
Ive never taken a class but always wondered. This app is perfect to teach me about our universe. Thx
This app is really amazing overall, especially for beginning astronomers. However, one significant improvement to the app would be that instead of moving the iPhone to activate the gyroscope, there would be a button to tap to activate it, allowing amateur astronomers to use it with their telescopes. If this were added, it would definitely be a 5 star app.
